Primary Presentations have developed a range of planned preventative maintenance packages that will ensure the most demanding audio visual applications are protected from the unforeseen. This ensures an ongoing preventative maintenance program, in addition to emergency response cover. Should a fault occur, we guarantee the arrival of an engineer on–site within an agreed call out response time, providing priority engineering support.
Where possible, we will seek to provide loan equipment to minimise system ‘down time’ and affect a repair back here at our workshop.
