VisiPoint visitor management system (VMS) is a clean and intuitive touch screen user platform, combined with secure and multifunctional web-based software designed to self-manage the task of welcoming, informing, vetting and signing-in visitors to your organisation.

VisiPoint Tablet

VisiPoint Tablet is designed as a compact all-in-one terminal, allowing for flexible installations.

It features a bright 13.3″ touch screen display, HD camera, built-in barcode scanner and card reader, desktop badge printer and works with Wi-Fi or wired connection.

The VisiPoint Tablet can be positioned on a desktop or a wall with the supplied modular mounting kit – consisting of a table-top stand, desk clamp and wall bracket.   The PC module is integrated into the VisiPoint Tablet, meaning no external devices are required for it to work. Simply plug it in, connect to the internet and start welcoming visitors!

VisiPoint Software

Signing-in is made quick and easy with the intuitive visitor interface, which guides the user through the entire registration and vetting process efficiently and effortlessly. Visitors and contractors are asked to enter their details, agree to the relevant terms and conditions, have a photo taken and collect their automatically printed ID badge. On exit, visitors simply need to scan their badge to instantly sign-out. If a badge has been lost or damaged, there’s a manual process to sign-out or reprint as necessary.  Complete with Management Dashboard and Reporting.
