Repair workshop

If a product is in need of possible repair and outside of manufacturer’s warranty, you may consider using our repair workshop. Primary Presentations support a variety of makes and models of audio visual equipment for repair. We are committed to delivering value to all of our customers and providing efficient turn around time on all repair jobs. Service is charged on time necessary for repairs and parts.

Audio visual equipment will be subject to the manufacturer’s guarantee conditions, which is typically return to manufacturer and usually a period of 12 months. This may however extend beyond this with some products. It does not include site-engineering visits, unless covered by an extended warranty or Primary Presentations Advantage Service Plan

Projector Service Plan

Primary Presentations offer an efficient service for multimedia projector servicing and repair. We know how essential your projectors are, and they have become a key part of your most important communications. The principal goal from our Projector Service Plan is to provide an ongoing care maintenance programme to prolong the life of the projector and lamp. This will in turn protect your ability to reliably perform computer and video based presentations.

• Filter clean, Polysilicon clean, airbrush, lamp check.
• Bench test and engineer report.
• Preventative servicing for all leading projector brands.
• Cost effective repairs and consumables.
• Quick and efficient collect and return service (a guaranteed 3–day turnaround).
• Cost effective loan equipment if required.

We cover all market leading projectors, and stock spare lamps for over 100 projector brand names. It doesn’t matter if your projector was not purchased from Primary Presentations…we will be more than happy to help.
