Pre-project consultancy

During our consultation with the client, a detailed brief is taken to research a client’s media needs, establishing budgetary and time–scale considerations. We listen carefully and apply our knowledge and skills professionally to make design and installation suggestions

System design, product analysis and selection

We are totally independent of any manufacturing company, enabling us to recommend and specify products to suit the client’s needs, irrespective of the supplier. We maintain dealerships with a broad selection of leading manufacturers for their leading world products, and can source any products available in the UK. Primary Presentations are able to assist customers in evaluating products in more detail by offering product demonstrations on site or at a showroom facility.

Our bespoke joinery means that we can provide individually designed furniture and joinery integration. In doing this we seek at all times to implement cost efficiency, high quality work, and co-ordination of design through to installation.

Project management & delivery

Our experienced team are qualified to draw up CAD engineering documents and training documentation to support the AV design where required.

Post–project service

Primary Presentations recommend considering planned preventative maintenance packages under our Advantage Service Plan Scheme, to protect your investment and maintain the technology for reliability. Our service engineers will provide peace of mind having vast technical expertise in the field of audiovisual equipment, control and switching. Wires

The packages cover a set number of visits a year where a full service of each item of equipment is carried out, replacing parts as necessary and aligning the systems to their original specification. This will prolong the life of equipment and assist in ensuring that the system is performing in line with its original specification

Primary Presentations will perform the maintenance services with care and skill, taking reasonable precautions for health and safety, and security. The Company shall at all times have due regard for your operational requirements and procedures, and minimising disruption to your Business.

This service is also available to all users not on contract. Charges are on a call out basis, which do not receive our emergency response guarantee.

Audio Visual Facilities Management
